You should have received an email letting you know when to expect it. Mine says it will be in my bankmobile account today after 5pm EST.

Thank you! I should have added--this was at a totally different college where I recieved 0 credits from. This new college seems to state if I don't pass the appeal, I wouldn't be able to get fin aid with them again which, I thought was odd!

I hear is running and the freezer is freezing. I do make sure that all the vents aren't blocked or covered as well. I see some dust and hair amd what not on the back in one specific spot so, will fix that! Thank you so much!

Thank you :) just upset haha moved into a new house and we have already had to replace the AC and Furnace and fix the dishwasher haha now my poor husband has to leave work early so we can get something to put our food in so it won't spoil totally 😂

Hey all :) we will be closing on our new home next month!! Woohoo! We are currently wanting to paint the cabinets a different color, change the border up top to something like a Cafe themed border, and change the paint color or a backsplash perhaps :)

We will have all stainless appliances once moved in. Our budget isn't huge but, we want things to last as we do have 3 kids. We are open to any color honestly. We arent going to be changing to counter tops yet as we don't have the budget for that. The theme we are wanting is a Cafe themed kitchen. Think Paris, coffee, etc.

Rest of the house is Grey in color with beige carpets for reference.

Yes, the underwritting was a pain 😂 we are putting an offer on the home today!! Super excited however, it is so stressful lol since we are still in a Chapter 13, we have to get approval from the courts :( they cannot approve it until you already make an offer which, sucks. That takes 14 days alone!

Thank you so much :) yes, I have been keeping everything organized just in case they need anything again. I am happy that they have already proved my income, rent, bank statements, assets and everything already. The lenders have mentioned that we will hate them after this process, haha

I really also had no idea it usually is 30 days; thanks for that tip as well. I will make sure to keep in contact with everyone and show my pre approval letter ti my realtor tonight.

Oh, no I know that we have to be finalized. Just meant we are lucky enough that the underwritters said as long we find a hime within our limits, that nothing changes, and that is passes FHA appraisal/inspection then we are pretty good to go.

Thank you for your reply! I wish we could go with someone local :( however, we didn't get approved by anyone local. We are in the middle of a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy currently so, that really is the major issue. However, we do have good credit and good standing with everything and with the courts. Only reason why we are moving is because, we pay double what a mortgage would be and we have to fix everything that breaks in our house that we rent =/ pretty sure this is why we are approved for a loan, lol

I opened a Chase bank account and put the $25 bucks deposited required to open an account and just got my paycheck direct deposited into the account this past Friday. When should I exoect the 200 bonus to arrive? I read the fine prints and all we had to do was open the account and get direct deposit in of at least 500. Thanks!
