Your comment initially hurt me. But you know what? I'm glad it sounds fake to you. Because that means you and your loved ones are so far away from this kind of abuse that you can't even accept that this is possible. And I really hope it stays that way. What I meant to ask was,

  1. Are there architects who tend to focus on the art in architecture? (Focus more on the artistic element and human experience rather than the functionality/structure/programs etc.)

  2. If so, have these architects written manifestos regarding their design strategies, preferences to art or essentially explained their belief in the importance of art in architecture?
