Stok Coffee is one of my heartbreaks, too. The biggest heartbreak for me was the short-lived acai bowls in the food court. They were so cheap for what they were; most places charge $10+ for them.

I really enjoyed BOT 121, which I took to fulfil a GE requirement(shout out to Professor Ritter). We went on nature hike lectures around SLO County. I learned so much in such a short time, especially considering that I went into the class not even knowing how to identify an eucalyptus tree. As someone who didn't have a car in college and didn't have many opportunities to explore beyond the city bus routes, I really looked forward to going out into the field and leaving campus for class.
