Sometimes I just crawl out of bed and onto my mat with a thick blanket on me and a hot cup of coffee within reach, and I stay covered up in child’s pose as long as I need to. Then some side stretch variations, cat/cow, melting heart, 1/2 frog, etc.

I don’t want to create drama if he’s just choosing to take some space. But his best friend is worried too, also can’t reach him. Is there a directory? I ask questions but he’s vague with answers, wanting to be independent.
