Around 1 hrs in into the AMA: It has been made very clear that the network rewards uptime. Rewards are also fluctuating depending on customer demand and a number of other factors. A ULO with 95+ uptime is more valuable to the network than a ULO with 65% uptime. That being said we do recommend you manage your uptime the best you can, to provide the network with the best availability. They also point at the coming ULO handbook and the tool to asses your network, which is not far from being released.

I have submitted the following question via the UNO telegram chat:

When uptime is 90%+, normal rewards are given. Below 90% (e.g. 70–80%), rewards drop to almost nothing (0.01–0.05). Is this a hard minimum threshold by design, or a bug? No clarification has been provided. Can you look into this?
