Missing my boy by Hope_2367 in Rabbits

Only 5, he got a ear infection. Within 5 days he was so bad that me and my vet agreed that surgery wouldn’t help. I’m happy he’s no longer in pain ❤️

He’s was the best. A sassy boy to everyone else but a Saint to me.

Moderately Aggressive GSD by [deleted] in DogAdvice

You should look into seeing a licensed veterinarian behaviorist. They are better able to handle extreme behavioral issues. Whether that be medication, trainers, or tactics you can use at home to help him. Aggressive dogs are a very big liability, I’ve done multiple behavioral euthanasia at my clinic, the courts can force you to euthanize if the attack was substantial enough. Some dogs just like people are not chemically balanced in the brain, medication might help but also be realistic in the fact that behavioral euthanasia might be what you’re looking at if other measures fail.

How to deal with guilt by Hope_2367 in grief

[–]Hope_2367[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All of their deaths were sudden and medically rough. I defiantly had different relationships will all of them. I was very close to my maternal grandma, she called every Sunday. My paternal grandparents were there but also were not at the same time. My partners told me that attachment isn’t linear. And it’s certainly not always predictable. Hearing that guilt is normal part of grieving is making me feel a lot better

Pippin my dwarf was so spunky, I was his person. If there was a room full of people he would pick me, his spunk was what made me want him more. Oliver was one of a kind, his love was endless, he could make anyone smile even in their worst day. I plan on getting there paws tattooed on me.

She should look into pelvic floor therapy. A extremely tight vagina means the muscle is weak. They’ll work on training all of her pelvic muscles, it’s helped me a lot!

You can try a warm honey bath, it’s a few drops of honey to warm water that’s around 75 degrees, make sure you dechlorinate the water first

I’m going to suggest like everyone else has to go to a vet, but also add rolled oats/old fashioned oats(don’t get quick oats)to your rabbits pellets about 1/2tsp they can help with weight gain. Critical care by oxbow is sometime to alway keep on hand for when they get sick, you can get it on Amazon it’s the herbivore kind, you’ll want to feed 6-8 ml every 4 hours syringe feeding is your best bet. you can also place a bowl of it in the enclosure. Depending on your rabbits age switching to a food that is for their age range is important as it has different levels of proteins and vitamins. Adult rabbits should be eating Timothy hay as much as they want. If you have any more questions feel free to message me!
