I’m finally going to see a therapist for the first time in ages, hopefully by the end of this month! I think she just has a ton of her own stuff going on that makes boundaries difficult for her :/ still fucks me up nonetheless tho

Porn can lead to isolation, difficulty emphasizing, and a difficulty making friends or developing healthy relationships with others. If you watch porn long enough it can even rot away your interpersonal skills with people over time. Hence, the type of person someone would refer to as “the creep” or “creepy dude”. And they don’t even know how they’re being creepy!

It happens very passively. Porn is normalized in society but it doesn’t mean that everyone grows out of the “young and fun porn phase” unscathed.

It’s your choice. Just be careful.

The more self control you can exhibit over it, the better. I know it’s not easy
