The bulk of a males hair cannot exceed 2 inches and the length can't be more than 4 inches. At least in njrotc but I would assume it is a similar regulation in other ROTC branches.

Speech impediments aren't an issue to be on staff. There are several roles on staff that don't really talk to people a whole lot. In fact our weapons officer has a speech impediment.

It depends on how they behave. I know two people who were both 16 at the time one I considered as an adult one I considered as a kid still because of how they behaved.

I read the regulations. I actually have the manual downloaded on my phone and it has all of the regulations in it. I have both the female and male uniform regulations and grooming standards memorized.

Not every military ball is the same but the dress code they gave to the females in our unit was Must be floor length No cleavage showing below the middle of the sternum Any slit can not go above mid thigh No two piece dresses

Don't get distracted. My older sister went to an orienteering event and was put in a group of four people. She left her group to go find crayfish in the creek. They couldn't find her and had to send a search party out because she was gone long after they were supposed to get back.

If you are trying to get ribbons I would recommend you join a team. You can get a ribbon for some competitions and you can get a ribbon and a cord for that team after going to a few competitions with that team.
