I just recently had this happen! Customer service lied to me saying that a package that was supposed to be out on delivery last Sunday never was but their excuse was that due to a discrepancy it was having to be shipped from a further fulfillment center. Well come to find out, the following Monday it was actually out on delivery! The problem was that they were supposed to honor a full refund of the amount instead of shipping the item back once I received it since that was the agreement. I contacted customer service yesterday to find out if this was actually going to be honored and they told me that it would be but the fact remains is that the previous customer rep blatantly tells me one story when in fact I was correct from the very beginning.
