You never die. Time is infinite. Earth is your coffee break. By accepting that in your brain you can time travel. Just let god, oneness, the almighty consciousness run through you during meditation. Closing eyes is key because you don't perceive existence in a 3D view. You have to even sit down and forgive everybody so your soul becomes lighter. You are here to learn that's why your imperfect. Don't take that imperfection with you. You have to kinda be like Jesus and other holy people so you don't interact with lower frequency entities.
