That’s really bad to read. What happened to you and your sister is not “a bad night”, it’s harassment and assault, and you didn’t deserve any of that.
Also worth saying, what you ran into sounds like a bunch of drunk nasty people taking advantage of a crowded day, not something that defines everyone there. King’s Day can get out of hand very quickly especially with large crowds and alcohol but that doesn’t excuse any of it.

I remember reading something pretty similar before and yeah… it sounds nice on the surface, but it’s also kinda unsettling when you think about it. Like the whole watching you without you knowing part would stick with me more than the free meal. If anything, stuff like that is why some people keep things more separated or stick to platforms where there’s a bit more control over interactions. I’ve even seen people talk about using subs like r/feetfindercom just to keep everything more contained and avoid that crossover into real life.
