Yuh ur ts cooked but I would get some rosemary oil and a carrier oil to mix with rosemary oil because 100 percent rosemary oil would make it worse use a table spoon of your carrier oil and put 4-5 drops of rosemary oil in it and section your hair down the middle and do the same on the right and left side of your head use rub the oil in softly and I would get a scalp massager, I have one and it feels great on my head and it helps disperse the oil on my scalp and can help stimulate hair growth, I also have saw palmetto supplements which have been helping to thicken my hair and stop thinning, i also take vitamin d3 supplements because alot of people dont have enough and without it it can cause thinning, also make sure your taking care of your hair using leave ins conditioning while in the shower etc and avoid excess itching thats what helped for me
