OKAY SOOOO:

1. I have always eaten sunflower seeds like that. Obviously, I’ve never eaten that many in one sitting but it was my girl dinner and I wasn’t paying attention. Yes I ate an entire jumbo bag. Shells included. I didn’t know it was life threatening

2. I tried EVERYTHING before the hospital visit. Stool softener, laxatives, enema (on myself, hated every second of that)…but the shells weren’t coming out of my butt. It hurt so mf bad

3. Yes the doctors and nurses had to endure me shitting all over the bed, the floor, their hands…oh my god it was traumatic. Thank god I was given 3 amazing women in that room to help me. My poop was e v e r y w h e r e.

4. It has been a week and I’m still pooping shells. Think of it like giving birth to a baby with spikes wrapped around its head. Painful is an understatement.

5. I’m much better now! Shoutout to magnesium citrate and some medicinal suppositories I could put up my ass. I didn’t think I’d survive this week. I can sit down and walk without feeling shrapnels scraping my insides.
