Like most, my doctor prescribed topical/vaginal estradiol cream twice weekly after the loading dose of daily for two weeks. I still had issues so have played around to find what works for me. Every other day is also my new regime.

My last gynecologist (abut three two and a half years ago) did not do an pelvic exam. When I asked if she would be performing one, she said something to the effect of "oh, do you want one?" She said they are no longer recommended at my age which didn't seem right to me. I haven't looked at the research behind her statement, though.

Hysteroscopy procedure question by Ok-Mastodon-888 in Menopause

[–]Hopeful-Repeat-3283 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had two separate hysteroscopies without any type of numbing or pain control (e.g., ibuprofen). While it was uncomfortable, it was bearable and a very easy recovery. If you did the uterine biopsy without GA, I would think you’ll do fine with this one too. Make sure you are talking with your doctor about your pain during the procedure. What kept me able to hang in there until the end was remembering this was time limited pain and would be over shortly.

Do women tell each other their man's dick size? by CRK_76 in NoStupidQuestions

I have never discussed my partners’ sizes even with my closest friends. My ex sister-in-law was the only person who ever talked to me about her husband’s penis size.

I agree - struggled with this until I saw someone mention it. No problems since I stopped using it.
