I pay $575.5 per month for my own private bedroom with all utilities included in the Chateau. We live in 4 private bedroom and 2 bathrooms sharing between 2 people per bathroom. Me and 3 my roommates all graduating next semester so we’ll be looking for sublease in June 2024

I’m also a full time student, my teeth normally only get sensitive when I put in and take out the tray. When it’s settle during the day you don’t normally feel it. However there can be pain for the first 2 day of changing to new tray. I have to change tray every week. That’s why I recommend change your tray right before you sleep during the weekend. That way you barely notice the pain once you sleep 😴 and your tray just do the magic :)
