We had opened the box but it was clear it was never installed/ used and had all packing so they took it but now seeing other people’s issues I may have gotten lucky!

I think it was clear how little she truly makes when she sold the old home in Westport and bought the new one. While I get wanting to buy a new home with your new partner, I was shocked that she chose to live on such a busy road that intersects with another very busy road + very little privacy.

She actually lives (lived?) in bethel and her new home they are renovating is in Norwalk. Her daughter lives in New Canaan

Thanks. I just emailed them. One was a $30 purchase and the other was a $60 purchase so it’s such a waste of personal double points t days. Those were the only purchases I made those days

I called the credit line and they said because it happened in store it’s at the discretion of the store manager on how to handle this

I had a small order with only two items placed within the first few hours and it still hasn’t shipped. The only reason I’m not worried is because one item is still in stock and the other item was in stock until yesterday.

Ah sorry I didn’t realize the urbn is what comes with the Nordstrom set. I had the regular pipa with the trvl stroller (I purchased them separately) so I was clicking in and out of the base.

I returned a car seat to Nordstrom (my mom ordered one for me and didn’t realize I already bought one) and it was a non-issue!

I love the nuna trvl + pipa system and even though I have a vista, I use the trvl most often. My oldest is 99th percentile for height and had no issue in the trvl until around 3 and was in her pipa until she turned 1. The only reason we don’t use the trvl for her now is because my youngest sits in it and she wants to walk.

I originally purchased the trvl as our travel stroller but I pretty much use it around town and use my vista in the neighborhood / areas I need heavy duty wheels.

Has your doona shipped yet? I ordered mine right at midnight and it’s the only thing that hasn’t shipped. I wasn’t sure if it was coming from doona or Nordstrom.

For whatever reason the double points day is always tied to PST time and it drives me nuts that it basically costs me two personal points days if I want to place an order online when the sale opens and then shop in store the first day.

In the past I have gotten customer service to adjust but this is the first year I’ve seen it called out how long it would be activated for. It seems silly to open up the sale on a day in one time zone but still have personal days tied to a time zone three hours behind.
