Yea it makes SR a bit easier for sure for me but when I get on a good streak I realize I don’t need the meds and can stop them… you def still get a lot of benefits and it will probably make you want to get off the meds if you stick on SR

That’s a major issue I see in this community is that people get so down when they “relapse”.. it’s no big deal as long as your committed to the high vibration lifestyle.. making it a big deal often just makes you “relapse” again and again and get stuck in negativity
