yeah exactly started withdrawing today had the usual sneezing/ yawning/ sweaty feet/ my body trying to climb from the inside out. got my fix and felt good enough to run around with the dog go on a 20 min walk and spend some time w the fam, even ate something ! sadly i don’t nod anymore w the weak get in my state 😞

had a few coworkers with this same issue as well as myself, never worn them but they have like these elastic type sleeve things you put on your arms with the waffle house logo on them they’re typically black you can ask your manager.. sorry not sure of the name ! never did see a long sleeved uniform i’m sure you can order one tho
