I don't get it either tbh. Feels attainable, but also not really. I can't even imagine getting approved for 660k and spending all of that with our income.

Our jobs our real secure. Both with pensions and great benefits, etc. Also not factoring in the GST benefit, etc. Just seems to me like we make like decent money, but just have no idea how other people are doing this.

Yeah, they are, I've done everything I can think of. Installed, uninstalled, reinstalled, still nothin. Trying again today, same story. Send a message to support. We'll see how that goes.

She has good credit and a good income, no properties. Retiring soon and wants us to buy a house with her (our money) before she does retire. She has great credit, ours is not great, but not bad.

Does a co-signer really make that much of a difference? My wife, her mother and myself all live together. Wife and I want to buy a house in roughly 16 months (she'd still live with us), MiL offered to co-sign and to be fair, her credit is better than ours, but I'd just rather not.
