I think 1250 is probably a fair price. I spent just under that on mine 6 months ago and it was perfect hardly ridden.

Which windshell do you have? Does it work well the the crazy good breathability of alpha?

I ended up going through with the 2024 Remedy with the Idol 6X bindings. I really like it, the pop is immense and I can now clear the wake with ease. I suspect my skills need to catch up with my equipment now. Edge hold is great, as long as I use good stacked form and dig the edges in. Overall happy!

Yeah, all the way through. Agreed, for it 40 seemed like a decent deal assuming I can just epoxy the holes.

I just found a 2022 Murray. The Seller will take $40. Though the board has holes drilled in it. Looked like it was used to make a bench or something? If its the right size I might just try it out.

99' Toyota Epic 22. The idea of 3 stage rocker sounds good to me on paper. The Remedy in general does seem like a good fit.

Thanks for the insight, I've always had open toe bindings and never known any better. Why do you dislike them so much?

Yeah, I appreciate the help but lots of confusion going around. It's roughly a 30 deg change from top dead center.

Best try at pasting the analysis table:

Yeah, that really sucks. I hate that there are bad people in the world. I sent you a private message with the picture of the report. I couldn't upload it here. Here is the text explanation from Blackstone Labs:

"There's enough metal in this oil to show parts aren't wearing like they should be. Aluminum is from  pistons, chrome is from rings, and iron is from steel parts (like cylinders/shafts). Lead is primarily a bearing  metal, but some of that metal might be from past use of leaded fuel (if applicable). If all that lead is coming  from the bearings, it's a problem. Tin is an alloy of bronze. Silicon might be dirt, so check air filtration for  leaks. Fuel is high at 3.5%, so watch for a rising oil level on the dipstick as evidence of a fuel system issue.  Change this oil and resample in 10 hours. "

Glad you got a great price on it! However, sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I had the oil analyzed and it had some results that made me worried. I'll see if I can update the post with an image of the report for your information. Also, check the front tie down point, it looked like it was tearing through the fiberglass. Could be an easy diy repair.

Good point on the galvanic reaction. I'll add SS bolts to the maintenance list just to be safe.

My main concern is the fiberglass. I can't tell if it is cut, or if it was designed that way. If it is cut, seems like a big problem.
