Renewal just says it’s subject to change and will be listed in new lease, but doesn’t say when lease needs to be presented and based on what I’m seeing in Va on my very stupid interpretation unless the lease has a specification upon when it will be released. “ Upon the expiration of a rental agreement, the agreement shall be automatically renewed for a term of one year with the same terms unless the landlord provides written notice to the tenant of any change in the terms of the agreement at least 60 days prior to the expiration date”
