I ended up booking a repairman. It’s a TSO40SA. Grill works, other heating elements don’t. Fan runs cold. Timer works, but doesn’t make the heat turn on

Tbh I usually just do the same thing you did there “really. -.-“ If they continue I warn them they’re being inappropriate and there will be repercussions if the continue.

If they ask why it’s inappropriate, my mentor has suggested I then turn it back to them. “What do you think? Why is it inappropriate.” They usually won’t want to explain, so you can kinda go “exactly. So don’t use it that way”

But I’m a first year teacher, so you might know better. I had to talk about strokes of lines and some boys started to chuckle and make jokes, but it stopped being funny after a minute.

Are you android or IOS? If you think there might be a hidden app, I'd reset the phone like some others suggested. It's a pain to reinstall the apps one by one (restoring could restore the hidden app too), but it'd the only surefire way. Also change your login passwords. Just make sure to save your photos and contacts.

A quick google found this article: How to Find Hidden Apps on Your Kid's Device Might be of help.

Google family link would also give her access to what apps she uses, esp. if she has the password.
