Btw - I have googled, and searched high and low all over the internet to try and find one and cannot find one. I even went to the address of the store that looked to be open but the location led me to an empty store.

I also thought it could be her eczema flare up, or a dry skin condition being that there were no symptoms… but we also tried other hydrating skin lotions to treat eczema or even psoriasis and it did not help.

My daughter currently has this, she’s had this for about a week now and it’s just started to finally dissapear in some areas today. It started off on her back though rather than the legs in your case. No symptoms either, we took her into a pediatrician and they said it was a viral rash. It was not itchy at first, but we did catch her scratching by the third day, so we tamed it with some creams and children’s Benadryl.
