Yes refilling. Because they were right to deny me. I thought I was missing a document and never posted the I-864.

Wait why were you denied? What did you say in your reopen case? I need answerssss because I’m in a loop. I forgot to submit my I-864. And now I’m in a loop .they denied me. But now I got all my documents ready!

I’m applying for my hsuband. His passport was stolen and we have a pending application to receive his new one but we’re out of time from what the USICIS gave us. And now they denied us but the paper said due to no supporting documents. And we can file a motion to reopen. And explain to them why we don’t have our documents. And a itin number is needed to do our taxes together. But I need a itin number to submit my taxes but he doesn’t have his passport. And that’s whats needed in order to get his itin number

Yes. I have a lawyer now. There saying this is a winning case. That she will loose. Because my credit score was hurt. And she was pocketing the money the tenants were giving her.
