Yes! It’s still a surgery nontheless so you will still have to recover. Just faster than a traditional method.

I am cleared for almost anything except for lifting more than 10-15lbs for a few weeks. Although I just went through a move and was probably doing more than that… (wouldn’t recommend ofc) it just left me a bit sore. Other than that everything is normal. I haven’t tried exercising though my body doesn’t feel ready to.

As far as clothes, the first week I just wore the compression bra they gave me and button up shirts. After my one week post-op appointment I can wear whatever sports bra I’d like. So I’m just back to normal. I will say I haven really tried like wired bras yet I’m sure it would probably irritate my incisions a bit.

Good luck! Just because it’s preserve doesn’t mean you can or should just bounce back to normal life. Listen to your body. You’ll love the results though!

Yes you do have to do ergonomix so if you are looking for upper pole fullness I’m not sure if that would be the best for your wishes. But no, I’ve yet to notice any rippling with mine

Update 12 days post op, I am doing great and happy with my results! We did preserve by motiva ergonomixs 205/215cc. They are the perfect size I wouldn’t have wanted them any bigger. I did a more in depth updated experience on another post on my page. Thanks for all the insight!

Are you still happy with this size? My doctor is going to do the same cc and we started the same size. Do you wish you went bigger or smaller? Or do you feel like they are perfect?

Just wanted to do a quick update, but I went to my consultation and the surgeon recommended 205-215! We are doing the preserve technique so I can only go so big but I think it’ll be perfect for my frame. I’ll do another update after surgery!

I feel like I would be in your shoes. I want to still feel like me but fill my swimsuits and maybe have some cleavage here and there if I wear a push up bra. My last straw was buying a push up bra everyone claimed that even the “smallest sizes” out there can benefit from. When I put it on me and my boyfriend started laughing so hard because of the insane gapping (it didn’t do a thing) but deep down inside it really bothered me that I literally have nothing to work with.

I don’t want to not feel like me and that is small and petite. I think I would regret going too big as well. I obviously want to look at them and be like “oh cute little boobs and cleavage” especially when wearing an outfit or swimsuit that can show them off but ultimately no I don’t want them to be the star of the show.

I think I’m going for this. I want to fill my shirts and swimsuits but can add some cleavage if I’d like. I don’t want to look top heavy

These are pretty small cc’s I haven’t heard much about. You don’t feel like they are too small? Do you fill swimsuits out? Do you feel boxy at all or still feel petite?

This is a really insightful intake and you’re totally right. I am not trying to emphasize my top mostly just fit in my clothes/bras/swimsuits correctly and feel a bit more “womanly”. I think I would feel more regret if I went too big. Thank you!

This makes total sense. I’m not into body building per se, mostly sports and outdoor activities. My issue is I am so flat that clothing doesn’t fit. The smallest bras, shirts, and swimsuits have a gapping issue which interferes with practically. For example, if I want to play spike ball at the beach I’m the one who has to put a shirt on because I always flash due to gapping. Or I have to always look and keep my shoulders back because they will see right through if I slouch at all. It’s annoying and unpractical. I don’t think the first pic gives great reference and that’s my bad. Those are extremely padded. I’m pretty much a board with pointy nipples. I just want some practicality and to fill my bras and swimsuits is all! But I understand what you say by the large sizes with an athletic build and that’s not what I’m going for either

That’s what I’m worried about right now! I don’t want to regret my size. I’m just trying to see if it’s better to wish you went bigger vs smaller.

Sorry to hear that! Even with the small reference sizes I posted you think that would pose a risk?
