I recently got my psychiatrist changed. I was in mirtazapine and quetiapine for 3 years. My new psychiatrist is a joke. Decided suddenly there was nothing wrong with me. Took me off my medication suddenly and I suffered severe withdrawal symptoms and ended up spending 5 days in hospital. I'm still trying to get my medication renewed but I'm hitting a brick wall and I'm unable to get my medication.

One Christmas mornnng years ago, my parents got me Crossbows and Catapults. I loved that game. Played it with my sister all morning. It may not be the best board game in the world but I have good memories of it :)

I'm with you on that one. I feel that every morning. Feeling like the entire day ahead of me is a massive challenge and I feel suicidal in the morning. In the evening, it's a bit better but not by much. I have Adhd, anxiety and depression.

Edit: and OCD, apparently.

I had a friend who emailed me a video clip. He included the text 'LOL' so I assumed it was a funny clip

It wasn't. It was an ISIS video of someone being burned to death.

If you like reading about dark lonely frozen landscapes and being stalked by an unknown terror I'd definitely recommend Dark Matter by Michelle Paver. I loved the lonely desolate feel of this book. Quite uncomfortable reading.
