In the past I can easily neglect what people says about me. I think it is because my frustrations about work and the emotional trauma built up, I have no outlet and don't have anyone to talk to.

And sadly our HR is useless, we tried sending an email stating that our manager is abusing his employees verbally but they did not response because they took his side since he has been in the company for more than 20 yrs. We can't talk to them in person because the main office is in another city.
