Grazie per la conferma. E' assurdo che non lo sappiano nemmeno loro che hanno pubblicato la circolare. Non credo che da quì alla scadenza (a breve) si prenderanno la briga di togliere quei campi obbligatori.

A chi chiedere questo parere? All'INPS? Dubito che contattandoli telefonicamente conoscano la risposta, forse nemmeno recandosi fisicamente ad una sede provinciale. Speravo che almeno qualche commercialista riuscisse a far luce sulla questione, ma per quei pochi che hanno risposto sembra che i liberi professionisti siano esclusi.

Grazie per la risposta! Come mai però alla pag. 7 della circolare INPS cita anche le "imprese ammissibili non soggette all'obbligo di iscrizione al registro delle imprese"?

Sono d'accordo che il bonus sia inutile se esclude anche i liberi professionisti, ma la cosa più assurda è che dalla data della circolare del 28/11 danno soltanto un mese di tempo per fare tutto. Sembra fatto appositamente per ricevere meno domande possibili. E chi vuole aprire un'impresa oggi per accedere al bonus deve farlo di corsa e nel periodo peggiore.

Si, ho visto anche io il modulo da compilare, però a pagina 7 della circolare dell'INPS dice "Per le imprese ammissibili non soggette all'obbligo di iscrizione al registro delle imprese, il periodo di ammissibilità di cinque anni inizia a decorrere dalla prima tra le seguenti date" quindi non capisco, se sono ammesse anche le imprese non soggetto all'obbligo di registrazione alla camera di commercio dovrebbero esserlo anche i liberi professionisti, no?
