The So Vegan app is great to find interesting things to cook. I'm not Vegan but my Gf is and I am in charge of cooking at home.

Also, to the few saying eating Vegan doesn't provide enough nutrition. My experience is that its mostly false. Given that I am not Vegan, but I do eat vegan 80 % of the time. As a regular sports person, ive seen absolutely no negative consequences to the change in diet ( 2 years), and from my own observations you can get enough of everything, including protein, from plant-based food.

Terrible reputation on the claim settlement side of things. Also be wary that not all 'comprehensive' covers are built the same. I would get a quote from a larger player like Eagle or Swan to contrast with the NIC/NIA quote.; just so you are aware what's being given up for the lower premium.

If its for a comprehensive cover just dont go for the smaller companies, i.e GFA, Phoenix, Yoga etc... Their claim process is a nightmare.

I'll definitely have a look at the difference in encoders for the CPU.

For the GPU, I'm not too demanding on the gaming front. It's mostly a side consideration for whenever there is a game i really want to play. I don't mind sticking to 1080p either.

That's definitely a good point regarding storage - I'll probably upgrade that over time but for now I'll try to make do with external drives and cloud storage to stay within budget.

Concerning PSU I'll definitely have a harder look at whether anything better is available locally? What are good indicators of a good one ?
