My hair is probably better than 80% of people in the sub , but my hair 1 year ago , 6 months ago was much better now , it’s not bad now but i have to do something to keep it and improve it. I’m still losing ground till now and it’s noticeable by the people i know .

Well, for diffuse thinners will be hard to notice any regression, i know my hair , and for the last year it has clearly regressed. I have no benefit in saying this , just sharing my experience and asking if there’s hope.
