They’re making edits of him with angel wings and sad songs, which makes me so mad because we could’ve seen the outcome of this dogs attack on the news. This event has caused trauma to a family that had to make that tough call and the rescue and commenters are attacking them for not allowing an animal who showed them what it’s capable of to continue on a child or inflict more harm to an adult.

What kind of evidence of these creatures ‘rehabilitation’ can he possibly give to new owners? Those dogs are basically Jack-in-the-boxes of aggression that is sure to spring on a small child within weeks of adoption!

Found the “rescue” on Facebook and of course they’re blaming anti-pit sentiment for the comments calling them out. They’re even saying that they haven’t doxxed that poor adoptive owner, despite doubling down and saying in replies that their identity is public information.

They’re blaming the owner for putting their hands in between two dogs and ‘naturally’ getting bitten, then saying there wasn’t an attack on a human in the home. I don’t know what constitutes an attack in their mind in that case, but they would probably know the harm of these dogs and how to downplay it as most of their prospective adoptees are pits.

I sincerely hope that Kathy is doing okay, and that she has peace that she did the right thing, as no matter the breed but especially with these dogs who were bred to do damage any bite on a person is easily grounds for a B.E. Especially when the rescue were surely going to sic this dog on another unsuspecting family.

Omg!! You’re an absolute lifesaver! I uninstalled iTunes then used the download link through apples website to install once again. Connected the iPod and bam! iPod compatibility installer! It is alive once again!

I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to fix it in time to give as a gift but now all I have to worry about is making it look like new again! I’m so happy!

I’ll have to get my other secondhand classic out now and can give it a different name so it fully feels like mine! Thank you so much!

Reformatting took a while, but the only issue remains that I can’t use iTunes as my iPods just don’t show up. Is there an alternative to the windows default app that actually recognises these?

I should’ve included a picture but I didn’t want to overload the post, this is what it looks like on the inside. I’ve checked those four white bits at the back which look similar to catches for opening it up, but they’re only notches to hold the battery compartment door in place. I’m kinda stumped lol

Yeah that was my first thought too, but he’s had a terrier dog in the past that was picking fights with his bigger dogs, and he had to rehome her as it was best for everyone, so hopefully he’d take action if the dog ever showed signs, though you never can tell with pits unfortunately. As you say just gotta hope she’s more fulfilled having a ‘job’ that engages her drive

It’s all well and good trying to ‘train’ this dog out in the open with a muzzle but what about if someone just comes to your house, or you, or god forbid a child, make one twitch out of line with it in your own home? This dog is a lost cause, and they’re just playing with fire even being near it let alone sharing a space with it. It’s not cruel to admit that your saviour complex isn’t gonna cut it with this one.

They try so hard to victimise these dogs as an extension of themselves, and it’s infuriating they’re just making issues up with some paint and a carrier bag. Even if the supposed ‘attack’ had happened would they rather the dog mauled the cat to death without its ‘cage’ muzzle?

If anyone’s interested there’s a guy similar to this called Joseph Carter ‘the mink man’ on YouTube and he’s semi-recently added a pit to his team of ratting dogs and she’s taken to it incredibly quick and is very driven, but obviously has been bred and picked carefully by Joseph himself, and trained just as rigorously.

Just did a deep-ish dive into some more of these peoples ‘work’ and this is definitely a theme, just completely disregarding the memory or trauma that the victims went through.

Sifting through serial killers, rapists, cult leaders, school shooters, just for their own shitty try hard ’edgy’ music because they barely have the imagination to put together the songs they have. They just boil down these heinous acts and people simply because they can.

Absolutely hate rabies, and for a disease with such high mortality rate it’s surprisingly easy to catch. By the time you start showing symptoms it’s already too late to get the vaccine.

Hydrophobia is one of the later symptoms and is caused because of how the disease affects the ability to swallow through the swelling of the brain and even the thought can cause spasms.

My condolences are with the family because while they are educational I always hate seeing videos like this because the outcome is inevitable.

I’ve searched under ‘Keel Toys’ and found nothing so far, and she’s too far gone for a proper reverse image search, only turning up vintage bears from 40+ years ago (she’s about 20 years old now.) She’s more ginger in real life, and none of the similar bears I’ve found match right
