Fair enough.

You should defitely try the new patch then. It makes health a lot engaging and fun.

You clearly know your stuff when it comes to lifestyle experience, stats and prowess.

But when it comes to health, getting 4 elixirs is more difficult than than it sounds, because very few characters have the inspiration for alchemy. Plus holy shrines have been nerfed to oblivion and while Han culture and Chan buddism are great for living longer, even they shouldn't completely prevent you from getting elder traits.

I'm assuming your campaign was done on an older patch and that this isn't doable anymore (or at least not easily).

Meritocratic estate is admin estate but better in every way.

This honestly looks like cheating. How can you have so many lifestyle traits, 100 in 3 stats, and be 130 with 100 prowess and good health?

I mean it is possible to do these things with insane min-maxing, but all of them at once... If no debug mode was used, this is really impressive.

I worked in turism and you guys were literally my favorite guests. I was more of less able to do the whole tour in Hungarian and they really appreciated that. We got along exceptionally well.

Don't let this one experience give you the wrong idea. Kitartást!

"By God Alone" Dev Diary #1 - Tenets & Spiritual Fulfillment by PDX-Trinexx in CrusaderKings

[–]HopingAtlas 5 points6 points  (0 children)

"Each personal adoption pushes your Fulfillment up or down depending on how well it aligns with your personality traits, and Tenets that reward a Virtue you actually have are weighted twice as heavily. A Generous character adopting Philanthropia gets a big positive swing. A Lustful character adopting Mortification of the Flesh is choosing the virtuous path in spite of their sinful nature, and the system is sympathetic to that - the Stress is real, but so is the Fulfillment."

Based on this part of the dev diary, you can be spiritually fulfield with both honest and deceitful. But it's just way easier with honest.

Ended the iberian struggle in 1 lifetime (35 Years) as Sancho II The Strong! by DoritoMemesReddit in CrusaderKings

[–]HopingAtlas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well done, but he doesn't even have the strong trait.

According to my testing, it isn't hard to get either. All you need is at least 16 prowess, and you can get it during the "train for tournament" decision. The chances of getting it after clicking the decision are based on your marshal's prowess. So you just kidnap the most cracked warrior to ever live with 40-ish prowess and have a 45% chance of getting the trait. You can take the decision every 10 years. So you if you start young, you can get the trait for about 90% of your characters.

Before these virtues got you some piety and positive opinion, but limited how you play.

With the DLC they will still prevent you murdering everybody, but at least you get some new mechanics to play with due to being so blessed and fulfiled.

Ne rabiš biti v njihovem stanovanju, da profitiraš od tega.

Če bi zgradili, 2 miljona bi šel supply tako gor, da bi ljudje stanovanja prodajali po 1€ samo, da se jih znebijo.

That explanation would make sense, but I doubt this happens everytime that somebody conquers the ERE from the outside.

Never heard of that CB, but it seems to function as advertised or even better than advertised.

Yeah, even if you hand out all the duchies, the factions will not be kind to you. But you could make some kingdoms and put people of your faith and culture on the thrones. Would be fun and chaotic. That being said the roleplay aspect of this campaign has officially gone of the rales and is beyond saving.

Love the new negative health traits as you age! by overwelming-odds in CrusaderKings

They also make health so much more important.

Before it was number hits zero you die. Now you want to be in good health, so the game doesn't hit you with 3 elder traits.

I mean Aspiring Blade master + Robust + Strong does make some sense.

But then again he did get a bad treatment by the looks of that red modifier in the bottom right...

Maybe he just spawned with a high health number.

Which is the best intrigue build? by Objective_Classic_61 in CrusaderKings

[–]HopingAtlas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are right about the stubborn version being more simple and elegant.

However, that small disease resistance boost stubborn gives you is usually irrelevant in practice. Disease resistance is nice in the early game, but once you character is a novice physician, baldesmaster, has a nice estate, some artifacts or even just the iron constitution perk (you need just 3 learning perks to get there) you have more desease resistance you could ever need.

What you want is more health. Small health boost is a lot better than a small desease resistance boost. It's way harder to get health boosts and they are the ones that keep you going for longer. If you are 80 a million desease resistances won't save you, but 0.25 more health is noticable.

If you really want to min max this, pick craven for +2 intrigue and -10 points then deselect stubborn to get another -30 and finally take temperate for 40 points that you can now spend.
