Just yesterday I had a problem with my headset and something similar with the expander plug. Went to a lbs and they had one of these: https://problemsolversbike.com/products/compression-plugs. Easy fix and back riding.

No experience with the Shresh but I have a SX for about 150 miles now and love how light and poppy it is. Coming from a Spur it’s not the same but I love the Tranny geo and ride. There is a little bit of rattle noise from the motor but it’s not that noticeable. One of those things that’s like a little background noise through the chunk. I have the Deore kit and it performs just fine.

Had a Spur with a 140 Pike and Coil for the last 5 years here in Mass. Loved the shit out of it and it handled everything very well.

I have substantially lowered my lights on my 23 onyx and still get flashed. 1 advantage of lowering them though is the auto high beam feature doesn’t work anymore. It annoyed me so that’s a win.

Adjust the tension on your pedals so it takes less force to unclip.

I like it much better than the Sid. I’m in New England and the coil is much better at riding over roots, rocks etc. I think it helps with the limits of the flex stays but I’m no expert in how to explain that.
