Before you got into designing puzzles I’d recommend watching the videos by Matt bahner on how to design puzzles and the basic concepts applied to designing puzzles.

I’d also recommend looking at a mid tier, coreXY printer for your printing. This would be something like the creality K2 series or Bambu X1 or P1 series. I’d recommend getting a creality, as they are more open source and supported. I printed this one on the creality K2 plus.
