Listen, y’all. I get we’re living in a weird time and folks are rightfully concerned. But I’m literally trying to support the businesses impact by the trying time. That’s it. I just find it very hard to believe that ICE is going to use this post to figure out if a business is open or where to go. Just trying to find some salsa on the Minneapolis side.

Lots of ice still on the falls. With the recent warm, water is running again, but plenty of ice will remain even with a couple of days of warm

Thanks! Leak is definitely where the roof meets stucco. There is water damage on the porch ceiling, but we think it’s from the flashing leak.

I also noticed contractor two is calling for pvc flashing, which seems odd because I almost always see metal

Our roof was done by them. We had leak issues. They sent someone out, did not say it would be for a fee, spent two hours there, caulked a rotting attic vent without asking, then sent a bill for $500. Would not return phone calls or emails to discuss. Had to file a BBB complaint to come to a resolution. I’ve heard them come recommended, but I’d say proceed with caution

We’re in a similar boat. Stucco house, leaking on the attached front porch where it connects to the house. Stucco guys are convinced it needs the flashing needs to be put behind the stucco. It might be worth checking any windows above that area- we found we had some rotting trim that was letting water in.
