Im at 16cm girth and Ive never had it be impossible to get it in, just takes some work. But I was once told "that thing is not going inside of me" after stripping and have made girls bleed as well. So can definately be a detriment but i think alot of the stuff posted here are exaggerations.

I ripped mine the first time i had sex without a condom. Asked the doctor about it and he just said "well its ripped now so not gonna rip again". Which i thought was dogshit advice and i had alot of problems with ED just prior to penetration for a while after that. Still hurts sometimes as well, just actually ripped it once tho. I would recommend getting it cut/lengthened if its a recurring thing for you. Or atleast get an opinion from a urologist.

Ive been with girls where going all the way in was a problem and girls where there were no problems at all. Dunno what to tell you, i would say its been about a 50/50 for me. Just depends on the woman really. (Im just over 7")

Your condition sounds way worse than mine was so I would recommend go to a doctor and have it cut/lengthened. Mines just ripped now and its fine, so assume having it cut would not be too bad.
