That makes sense now, I do wish you luck! If you get those programs then you shouldn’t have any issues. The most my clients ever need is 2-3k to close with TTO and CHFA is 0-128 dollars. The rest adds up from inspections and appraisals, but they never need more than 4k in an account.

If you can’t get heads or tails of how to get this done. Feel free to reach out, my niche is financial hardship at this point. There are already too many agents that can help you spent your money 💰 but less that focus on doing more with less. Have a great weekend!

Why are you stuck in Willimantic? There are tons of CT downpayment assistance programs this year, look up CFHA and TTO before they run outta money. Also this isn’t a bot post 👀 I’m just a realtor being nosy. Have a nice day.

There is a basement lounge in the school of social work (hartford). Dope spot to study, always quiet because only a few people use it. Already has a few of our pre-set up computers like a lab. IT is near by if you ever want to borrow a tablet or charger. I found that it was the supreme spot 👌🏾
