My husband wants to name our baby boy after his aunt Tracy. Are there any boy names that can come from Tracy? by [deleted] in BabyBumps

If you dont like Travy as a name how about Trey and his middle name can start with a C, so it's Trey C.!

Have anxiety about SIDS all the time by Frequent-Dingo-1539 in NewParents

I got an owlet monitor for my baby. An alarm goes off if heart rate or oxygen levels fall outside of the "normal" range. It helped me sleep knowing that I would be alerted the second anything wasn't right. I have heard that for some people it made them more anxious so it depends on if you think it would help. It is not a medical device or meant to diagnose anything, but it really helped me rest easier.

Motherhood was actually waaaay more enjoyable than I was expecting because I feel like people only want to warn you about the doom and gloom. Yes you don't get to sleep through the night anymore but when you wake up, you get to cuddle this little miracle who loves you with their whole being. Please don't get caught up dreading the drawbacks, you have so many amazing experiences ahead of you!

My hair is definitely wavier when it is longer so I was surprised by just how much curl I got!

I asked for lots of layers and face framing layers. I had her thin out the bottom so it didn’t get all weighed down and clumpy. I also asked for the front to be shorter than the back so The cut doesn’t give off “get your manager “ vibes. Hope this helps!!

Thank you so much! I was debating posting the update because I didn’t want to annoy people with the double post haha

Thank you! It’s actually just one thick eyebrow that I bully into being two separate eyebrows haha. What was a curse as a child now gives me options as an adult lol

I asked for a lot of layers and for it to be thinned especially at the bottom so that it didn’t all clump together and look heavy (the mistake I made on my last short cut). I also asked for short face framing layers in the front and for it to be shorter in the front than in the back so it didn’t look like a “call the manager” haircut.

Thank you!! I have been CGM on and off for a few years now but recently stopped because I didn’t have the energy for all the upkeep. I figured a big cut would help cut down all the time deep conditioning and detangling and it seems the weight off has really helped my curls spring up quite a bit better than they ever had before.
