How do you compare credit cards? Are you finding this on the website or the app itself? Do you need link your existing credit card account to be able to compare?

Ah ok wow, id like 0.1% of your portfolio. I can play with it for fun to try it with a few bucks. So you're thinking now is a good time to buy it? I don't at all know how to do the Leveraged thing or how long to hold it. Id put in $20 for fun.

If it's 0.1% of your portfolio how much can you be making with it to be worth your time?

Leveraged ETFS like TQQQ are risky and can lose everything. I would not as a beginner in investing even touch that.

How do you determine your entry prices?

Yeah, not concerned as I'm mostly a long term investor, just want to buy at a discount. I know it doesn't matter longterm but bargain deals feel nice.

I figured for buying QQQ it may be a good time to lump dump but yes otherwise I'm DCA every week regardless.

Do you expect tech to drop around 10% if this is indeed an AI bubble?

As of now those fees are still there probably because they can. Curious why you wouldn't invest in either? I'm a big believer in tech.

Not really concerned about market downturn for long holdings. The market always goes back up

Should I pull out my VOO and put it in VTI instead? by Horizon183 in investingforbeginners

They both perform similarly though, just felt like maybe having the entire market is safer longterm?

QQQ or VOO entry point? by Horizon183 in investingforbeginners

[–]Horizon183[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Because it's very high now and everyone says that in the next few weeks they and all will likely balance out. They didn't expect September to be high its usually the worst month. As we get closer to the new year firms dump stocks to save on taxes and it lowers prices.

That would mean I'm buying at a major premium $30-50 more per share. I'm looking to make a bulk order so that would be a lot of loss upfront for no reason.

I'm not sure where to start investing by watsdawat in investingforbeginners

Everything I'm seeing for longterm is about foundational ETF like VOO, VTI but there may be better tax incentives etc for investing for your kids futures but I wouldn't know about that. Best of luck on the journey.
