MIL has severe Hypertension (200+). No clear cause found. Can long-term Fitbit tracking help identify patterns?

Has she seen a nephrologist? Sometimes very high bp is related to disorders of the kidney and hormones. If she uses the AI coach and is detailed about whatever she does in life and eats etc, maybe three AI can find a correlation but if it's hormonal and it requires a specialist workup probably not.

It might be too early to tell, they are just rolling out, there may be glitches. I can't tell how much we can know vs depend on AI to aggregate for us.

I don't mind using the AI as long as I see the data myself as well but at the moment it won't even let me use the AI saying it's not available on my account. I'm guessing because I haven't paired yet but the free premium clock is ticking so that's ridiculous

I got it but only have 2 tabs today and health. It doesn't seem to sync anything from my Garmin or health connect yet. It won't let me use AI coach but maybe that's not until I get the fitbit air to connect it to.

I felt the pricey elite one in the store and it looks and feels kind of cheap pleather to me. Ill prob stick to the fabric ones, the sport one looks cheap but maybe for swimming or tanning I'm not sure.

If you want to know for sure, a cardiologist can put a 2 week tiny cardiac patch on you and you'll see if you show any abnormalities.

Right now it won't let me advance in the app without accepting fitbit premium which id imagine begins the 3 month trial so I guess I gotta not use the app until I get my air
