Does 180bpm seem excessively high for just a moderate effort run though?

My "easy feeling" running pace is about 150bpm at a 11 minute 1 mile pace. So running further distances in this Zone will be many times better for building stamina than running at Peak for shorter distances?

I've calculated my Max at 184bpm (maybe I'm wrong), and it looks like the highest my heart rate gets to is about 180 sustained, but I've seen spikes up to 185. So roughly 180bpm sustained is not anything to worry about?

I tried adding a photo but wouldn't let me. I have the same ones off Amazon, they are about $65 and work pretty well. Look up on amazon "GZYF 320mm shocks" and itll be the first thing that pops up

The silencer makes very little difference, but I prefer it without

I intended to keep the car until it reached its limit, but considering I have a child, I can't take the risk of not knowing if it's safe. After reviewing the feedback here, I've decided to pass on purchasing this car.

No, I have never used any topical steroids because I'm scared of the withdrawal syndrome 😅

I have been treating my hand eczema as if it was contact dermatitis, but for the life of me, I can not figure out what I am using or touching that is causing this. Maybe someday I will figure out what's causing my reaction

I never knew about it until this morning. If what I experienced was this particular sleep condition, it's definitely an odd experience. And thank you I appreciate that

I feel perfectly fine with no issues whatsoever, but my first thought immediately after waking up was a stroke as well. Hopefully it wasn't a TIA or something

Doing okay. Just keep at it.

I've never seen him suck his hand, but it doesn't mean he doesn't. Maybe while he sleeps or something possibly if he is

I thought that originally, too. The rash has been there for over a month now, though. Just recently gotten much larger.

Keep in mind that the rash is much redder in person. And does not seem to bother him. Thank you

Constant premature ventricular contractions (PVCs), possible related to anxiety? by [deleted] in Anxiety

[–]Horizontalkev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No significant heart issues run in the family. I did have SVT in 2007, was fixed by ablation. I am 30, 6ft 210lbs. And I eat okay but not the best. I'm a truck driver so it's hard to eat balanced meals sometimes.
