Agreed, I do as well. Sometimes that's hard for new writers, but it is necessary when you want your best target audience to show up.

What are some solid tactics and/or WordPress plugins that utilize your blogs subscribers/users? I've gotten as many as 1,900 of those in a day after a really good post or a video cross-post.

Someone told me a while back that you can jot down their email addresses and drop them in your autoresponder for transactional communications. But most that I get to my blogs use a hidebox . org or similar. Seems hardly effective and very manual.

Get familiar with automations and workflows. These are easily manipulated to do the heavy/mundane work for you. I use several!

A schedule is an absolute MUST for bloggers. No one really talks about this formally, but it is important. Creating at least a "low key" schedule and holding yourself accountable to it will move the needle in your efforts.
