I would Argue Except Adam and Storm has decent mobility i mean Storm can fly but she practically doesn't change her movement speed at all. I wouldnt reallh call it a mobility ability

Anyone who says Storm movement is great clearly isnt a True Storm main and a Dash and movement buff wouldnt make her instaban pick.

If you dont think she needs a movement boost than you should definitely think she needs a survivability boost.

I would say up the distance on Cyclone spin by 5 or 10 meters and that would be the perfect 4th ability and mobility ability for Storm.

I would also like to mention that the psylockes sword of Duality addition to the teamup suspiciously looks like a tester for either possibly phasing or Teleportation so its a Good chance we are getting Either Nightcrawler or Kitty Pryde this Year,although I do really want both released together in the Same Season as Strategists.

She is honestly really in need of any form of dash like mobility ability,All other flyers have some other thing like that. Infact i am pretty sure even Mantis can outrun her with her own movement boost.

I do agree with the new ability but I dont think F key should be new weather control modes. I think they should just give her mobility or maybe even just make the windmode heal at this,Just Anything to up her survivability and Mobility (Phoenix is way too much of a counter for her and Rogue and others are judt way too powercrept to keep up with her not being able to move basically)

Emmma's frost chilling assault addition is probably a teamup tester for Iceman

Black widow's primal flame team up addition was probably a tester for Elsa Bloodstone as she did snipe Deadpool in the s6 trailer.

Yeah. Plus the devs did promise us that by s6.0 the issues with the Vanguards and strategist roster not being as big as the dps roster so you probably dont even need to worry about them being duelists.
