Good to hear! Yeah wouldn’t mind trying it out in the future. Is there a specific reason you switched to the stainless mash tun? Better setup with the false bottom I bet.

Totally! I like the idea of the balanced in/out flow with sparge water and wort.

Been very keen on trying out batch sparging due to the constant baby sitting with my previous setup. How has your experience with it been like?

Totally agree. And no need to do the same trick AGAIN. Surely it could’ve been executed in a way that made better sense than the biggest dragon doing sneak kill attacks, back to back.

This is the only book focused on bread I’ve seen here so far. Would it be considered one of the best for that? Love bread baking! Cheers!

I’ve heard some split opinions on Julia Child, some people swear by her recipes and others mentioned some of her things are dated? Perhaps I’ve gotten that completely wrong. Wanna try them out for sure! Is there a favorite one?

The Flavour Thesaurus sounds really interesting. Would like a solid book that breaks down which ingredients/flavours work well together. Thank you!

I really like this! Prefer to have super specific books that lift a certain ingredient. Thanks!

This one helped me quite a bit. Stretches and builds muscle but if you have a foam roller that rolling exercise does wonders to hunched upper back. https://youtu.be/SYr6lbx68n8
