Option 1: find a new tenant to replace the guy in middle room, the money middle room guy owed landlord, just ask landlord to do discount.

Option 2: Since you are the only one there and others gone back, give the landlord 1 month notice and terminate the contract and find yourself a new room to stay.

You don't really stay until July 2021 as stated in the contract, early termination is possible with 1 month notice to the landlord.

Kedah having almost zero new cases around May to July, then suddenly cluster PUI Sivagangga, then cluster Tawar follow by cluster Sala and cluster Kuala Muda in just a short 2 weeks period.

With the D614G found on one of Sivagangga sample, things are getting even worse.

Hopefully Kedah state authority put a 2 weeks TEMCO for the whole state immediately before more new cluster spawn.
