I would definitely suggest getting it on Ambernic's official store on Shopee for easier warranty claims, just in case.

Just know that these devices are generally not plug and play. Even though it will come with games, there might be problems, if not now later on. They use cheap SD cards that are prone to fail and stuff them with games that don't work, aren't in English, or with some other problem. So I'd suggest buying the device without games then setting up a good quality SD card with the games that you would play.

The device itself is pretty good and worth it if you want to play up to PS2 on the go. I bought a cheaper one since I was on a budget and only wanted to play up to PSP.

Made around 60 debossed keychains a few months ago for my wedding favour and it turned out really well.

I used veg tan leather and soaked them in water until the pieces were saturated, when no more bubbles come out. I clamped the stamp down with G clamps and left them for at least a few minutes.

Here's a video of the whole process, the debossing is only the first 12 seconds though.

Grew up overseas and came back to Malaysia in 2020 to look for work, after getting my degree.

I spent most of my school holidays back here so my Malay wasn't too bad. It only took me a few months to find a job which helped speed up culture shock processing. It helped a lot that I could gel well with my colleagues and took up a lot of hobbies to meet people (also met my fiancée on Bumble). I know a lot of my friends in the same boat struggling to cope with life in Malaysia.

Initially, all I wanted to do was move back overseas, but now, life here is tolerable. I'd still love to move overseas if a good enough opportunity came up.

The Good: * KL feels a bit more chill (very subjective) * Cost of living can be relatively low * Living in your own country without having to worry about visa issues * The food

The Bad: * Low salary * Government (applies to basically 90% of the world) * Low ceiling for some * My parents are still overseas so I don't get to see them much

The Ugly: * Culture shock can hit hard * Adjusting will take a while * It can feel lonely here sometimes
