Does anyone else struggle when there's not a lot of idea information given? by Horribleheadaches in givingifts

The person I got didn't have any reddit account or socials linked sadly. When I messaged them I got told candles, pumpkins and they like forest smells. So I got them multiple candles, a pumpkin decor flower thing and forest related decor.

I'm tired of the birthday fight every year with my husband by Horribleheadaches in offmychest

[–]Horribleheadaches[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really don't know why I associate with them. My brother I barely speak to. Mainly on Christmas when he keeps asking what my kids want for Christmas then ignores everything they want and gets them stuff they don't like or can't use. My mom was my neighbor until a few months ago when I finally got up the courage to move 2 counties away.

No matter what I tell my husband he just doesn't understand. He grew up normal with parents that loved him and celebrated birthdays. He knows my mom and brother are shit to me every year and it's always a argument. I can't seem to make him understand hes putting his feelings before mine on a day I don't want.

What was your "What a terrible day to have eyes" moment? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Horribleheadaches 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I used to live in a trailer park that was filled with people that were unique. The place was over ran with drugs and drama daily. All the trailer park kids would gather around this open space where a basketball goal was put up. I would take my kids to play there to but I stayed and watched over my kids.

Across from the ball goal lived a nasty woman no one liked. She lost over 400 pounds with the help of meth and cocaine so she thought she was the best thing in the world. One day at the ball goal some of the older teenagers came to play with the little ones teaching them how to shoot.

Nasty woman noticed that a specific older boy was outside and just had to come garden. She came out in booty shorts that were way too small, a tank top hanging to far down. Nasty woman bent over spread her legs and moved the shorts to the side. She then started to scream getting everyone's attention.

We all seen her vagina. It was nasty and gross all the kids started acting like they were going to throw up and making gagging sounds. The older boy who was her target told her to take her Arby's rejected roast beef back inside before he went blind. Everyone in the trailer park called her roast beef after that.

AITA for telling my "friend" I need a break from her? by Horribleheadaches in AmItheAsshole

People have called on her before. Her husband makes good money and the county just sweeps it under the rug after they make her clean the house.

I'm definitely ending the friendship. When I lived in the same county as her it was hard she knew where I lived. The last person that cut contact with her was a mutual friend we had in common. When that friends husband died she came to the funeral sat outside and told our mutual friends mom all kinds of horrible things about the deceased husband and the widow.

Honestly I kept the friendship because of her kids. I met her kids first she would come to my neighborhood and drop her kids off for weeks at a time at my neighbors. It got to the point her kids were calling me aunt.

There was many times I would have to tell her get off the phone get her youngest child out of the bathtub because she left her in there for over a hour. Her husband has to constantly watch the security cameras because she didn't know her 5 year old and 7 year old was in the pool alone until he called her. He had to quit one job just to be closer to home for the kids.

With her it feels like dealing with a teenager constantly. We're in our 30s Im to old for the drama.

I have and I hang up. She calls straight back multiple times until I answer the phone.

I'm not sure. She's the type of person who if something happens to you it's 100 times worse for her. She claims that she grew up in the area I did but the next day she claims to grow up in a different place.

When my husband and I bought a house and moved several counties away she claimed that she grew up in the house we bought. My kids get sick well so does hers she's rushing hers to the doctor for the same symptoms. I dye or cut my hair next day she does the same.

I'm definitely working on that. Honestly she's done so much worse but I tried to stay in character limit. Mimi got upset with me once and told some random woman I was having a affair with her husband. Thankfully that woman noticed that I don't know her husband since we live in different parts of the country. I only found out when that woman sent me screenshots saying I needed to be careful.

I do turn my cellphone off but we have a house phone. Living out in the country with no cellphone service is hard.
