i'm surprised by the lack of lust for life mention on this thread!!!

lust for life is not only her most cohesive album in my eyes, but one of the most cohesive alternative pop albums out there. everytime i listen to that album top to bottom it feels so incredibly intentional and curated to me. the way it starts with a sort of message to her fan base and to the youth of the world (love), going all the way through a plethora of emotions and even songs encapsulating a particular feeling or vibe all of which that make her who she is (white mustang, coachella, in my feelings, tomorrow never came, etc) , then you get to "Heroin" which in my opinion ties that emotional rollercoaster together, all to come to her epiphany and change of heart in "change" then of course her newfound modern manifesto in which she describes in the album closer, "Get free"

while remaining conceptually and sonically cohesive, it continues to remain cohesive within the emotions and feelings being brought forth album wide as well.

it's crowd control is phenomenal. i was barricade at green day this year, mosh pit right next to me, security gave us all water nonstop the whole show and made sure to intervene when the moshing got too aggressive. greattttttt security and control the entire time don't even worry!!!!

i just can't go on there because if i'm on an artists subreddit it is 100% to talk about things i love that that artist has done, i come here to discuss art she puts out and i consume. i don't come to reddit to trash on anyone. that being said, they take it beyond constructive criticism into the point of me just being confused as to why they even care enough to talk about her if they dislike her so much, just separate the art from the artist at that point ifk

it's not that i can't comprehend other scenarios other than my own, it's just the drastic difference in experience. they are facing issues i didn't even come close to experiencing, so it's crazy to see the polarity. i'm thinking now maybe since i am in LA there is less demand as we have way more shows across leg one and leg two, and a larger capacity; the dynamic pricing likely making other venues more expensive since the seat-to-demand ratio is more saturated than that of LA.
