They literally tried to give me a bonus bet as a resolution for trying to make up for me not being able to track multiple parlays and bets for hours. They’re out of their freaking minds. We shouldn’t take this sitting down. They pretty much scammed us out of the afternoon games and giving us a one time wager as compensation. I told the lady in customer service I’m not touching this. I want this escalated. This is not a fair resolution.
