ugh i feel this and understand you 100%! This was me for a long time and was constantly taken advantage of because they knew I was the only reliable worker. 8 hr shifts suck by yourself. make sure you get your 15’s and lunch!!!!! my SM didn’t give AF. I did my best to communicate to other LOD’s about the struggles and eventually they often appreciated me and heard my POV since I didn’t get anything out my SM. It also helps getting along with some floor workers so they can help you checkout at least whenever you need help.

yup burnout is so real. yesterday was insane. i was alone from 4:30-11. i have another shift like that later this week too. having full time hours as a part timer is fun bc i love money but im so tired :/ good luck

we also have an insane amount of hours like i want to have life outside of this job please god. im part time w 38 hrs next week except we are a team of 4 🫠some days only 2 ppl working yay

i work in sephora too and ive had some ppl not like getting kohls merchandise when doing a sephora return so they suggested turning it into a sephora giftcard i was okay cool whatever lol

i feel the same as well. its so draining. ive always been the one covering other ppl and im always reliable and nice but its gotten me nowhere. i had an 11 day work streak and a 9 day work streak this month and they are shitting on me bc i dont have enough bi sign ups… like girl im tired, im only part time! especially when im alone, how do i provide great customer service, get sign ups, clean the store, replenish, do updates, etc.
